Shocking Customer Service

In the past 6 years I've owned 3 corsa utility bakkies, I purchased my first brand new 1.4 corsa utility from Key Delta in Pinetown in 2005, I purchased my second 1.8 in 2008 from Key Delta Pinetown and my 3rd 2011 Chev Utility 1.7 dti from Williams Hunt. I had recently found that my steering wheel has a defect in my latest bakkie and looking very unsighlty, however in stating same, I duly lodged in a warranty claim due to the nature of the problem, noting that it was within the 3 year warranty period for trim. The Warranty clerk from Key reverts to inform that the GM Warranty Clerk informed \I think this is caused by foreign things such as rough hands
