Service GM SA NOT helpful

<p>Hi</p> <p>REF: ********** 019.</p> <p>I have spoken to Altricia at GM SA (***) customer care. I was in a car accident the 28 th of June 2017. They told the panelbeater and GM Isando know that they will only have spares/parts for my car in Sept 2017, because it comes from Germany. That's 3 months from now. They dont want to assist me with a curtacy Vehicle. I also spoke to Noma(manager/supervisor) from GM SA . They will not assist me with a vehicle. It is not my fault that they don't have parts for my car. Nobody told me that ,this can happen the day when I bought the car. I want tthem just to give me a curtacy car for the period until the parts arrive. They are nt helpful at all. I am a Opel customer for more than 20 years and this is the service I receive. Please can Hallo Peter assist me in this matter? </p>
