Scottburgh branch are *******!

I purchased my car through this branch so I have taken my car there for servicing, the last being Jan. I asked the service manager Faraaz to check my aircon and brakes as they were making a squealing noise. I was told that my aircon was low on gas, which would need to be re-gassed and my rear brakes were worn, they were not supporting the car at all. they quoted my R500 for the aircon and around R1900 for the brakes. I took my car to be re-gassed as when I left the dealership, my aircon didn't work at all, and the consultant helping me said that the aircon was drained as my car did not have a leak so there's no way for the car to become low on gas. Yesterday I went to a Bosch dealership to have the entire rear brakes changed. The dealership called me and asked why I wanted to change my brakes as there is nothing wrong, the brakes are still new. when I had taken my car to the Scottburgh branch in Jan, I did not receive a copy of the job card, only 2 weeks later was it delivered to me after numerous requests, I spoke to a lady Michelle who was very rude and dropped the call on me when I told her what I needed. I will never go back or refer anyone to this THIEVING branch!
