Ruthless technicians, no feeback since last week

Last week Friday I took my car to Key Pietermarizburg as it was overheating, I arrive there they tell me my car was not booked while I had phoned them four days earlier to make the booking. Later that day I get a call that the car will be ready at four. It turns out they phoned the wrong person as I later get told that my car has not been fixed yet. I asked the guy how long it will take to fix the car and he tells me he doesn't know. The car is still with them since last week Friday. Meanwhile I am on unpaid leave as I work 90 km frm Pmb. Its a long weekend and I'm not with my family as I don't have a car. Each time I call them they promise to investigate and get back to me, a promise they never honour. I have even called their Head Office and got told I can only get feedback next week Wednesday. It looks like next week I will still be on unpaid leave. These people are rude, ruthless and pathetic.
