REQUESTED TO BOOK IN MY VECHILE FOR A FACTORY FAULT AND EXPECTED ME TO PAY

What a total disgrace. Discovering that my vehicle’s wires was ruptured from the inside out I was advised by GM SA to send my vehicle for a Diagnostic test with a Case Nr. ..... no one advices that I would be the lucky one to pay for the diagnostics.... Now my vehicle cannot be released without payment. The communication from GM SA is really pathetic. I will take this to the ombudsman.
