On the 13th l went to GM Westvaal motors to fetch my car. To my surprise it was not fixed only the drivers door was fixed. I went inside to ask for the manager and they directed me to Dana office who was on the telephone line. I told him my story before l finished he started shouting at me why l am at his office while Quinton the Sales manager was sorting out the problem. I told him that l was not satisfied with the whole process of Quinton. He started shouting at me telling me to get out of his office. I told him that l won't get out before my complain is short out. He stood up and pushed me to get out, ******. He pushed me shouting and calling a ****** until Van Heerden came to separate us. I was embarrassed after 21 years of democracy people still behave that way.
