Poor Service RAC carriers, Giving GM SA bad name

Yolandi at Rac Vcdc PE, had to load up my new Open Astra on the 13TH Feb, for me to collect my valentines present in Mosselbay, 14 the, on the 13 th half way to mosselbay I had to return to Pe to collect my vehicle at Vcdc in Pe as Yolandi never booked my car, when I.asked if they can send the car the Saturday, Yolandi said their is no way and we will have to wait till Monday, returning to Pe I collected a Dirty vehicle at Vcdc, I.then had to run around to do my own licensing and number plates before she could release my vehicle, The Saturday I had to drive up to mosselbay to sign my papers off my car. Just to find out 2 sparkys was brought up Sat morning from Vcdc Pe, And these cars was not even sold yet, I was livid that I had to take off from<br> Work Friday to run around, to get my vehicle because Yolandi was *********** to do her work and clearly unhelpful, due to her poor service my entire Valentines surprise that was planned by my husband was ruined as she did not care to assist him, we ended driving a dirty vehicle to mosselbay the sat morning putting unnecessary ks on this car because she did not care.
