Poor Service Delivery & Incompetance

<p> </p> <p>My 2013 Isuzu KB 300LX Double Cab was booked in at Key Pinetown during the latter part of Aprul 2016. The vehicle was booked for a few warranty claims with regards to paint and body work. Key contacted me on 12 May 2016 to come collect the vehicle on Saturday 14 May 2016 and upon collection i noticed that the vehicl3 was repaired very poorly. I brought this to the manager on duties attention (Mike) and his excuse was that their Paint Shop burnt and hia under construction, hence the poor work and lack of attention to my vehicle. I decided to not take the vehicle and allowed Key Pinetown an opportunity to rectify the matter, which took 40 days as i collected the vehicle on 17 June 2016. Guess what history repeated it self as rhe vehicle was repaired but again poor workmanship. There were parts missing, paint bubbles, paint pinholes, new scratches and damages etc and the list goes on. O collected my vehicle and simultainously emailed Key and GMSA voicing my concerns and frustrations. To date this matter is not resolved and i am going around in circles with GMSA and Key Pinetown. I further requested for a senior manager Mr Patel from GMSA to contact me and he still doe not. When i contact GMSA, receptionist indicates that Mr Patel is in a meeting and dod read my emails! Wow you read my email and do not response. Also GMSA has staff working for them that are not equiped or have mandate to deal with such matters. My vehicle was taken to Fury Chev Woodmead and was inspected by the workshop manager Nick who was also embarrassed and advised that this vehicle was repaired poorly and not at a professional paint shop. Protech Panelbeaters in Sandton also assessed the vehicle and provided a quote for rework. I am writting this note on this platform so other customers are aware of such matters and the poor service from reputable motor dealerships. Its 5 months and still GMSA cannot resolve the mattera.
