Pathetic service from Klippies

We bought a car from GM motors on the 28th of December, we were advised by Klippies that the car will be registered in few days and also we will receive the spare keys. He kept on lying to us and said the keys are in Rustenburg. Until today after calling him several times, now tells us that the spare key is lost. This is pathetic coming from a reputational company like GM. Staff members lying to us...
