Pathethic Service at GM, on Regional & Head Office

My Chev Utility 1.4 Club 2012 was serviced for 75 000 km on the 07/12/2015 at McCarthy GM Hatfield, Pretoria. I drove down home to EC days after and realized that my gears were not functioning properly as they were stiff and there was a funny noise coming from the engine. I took my car into Mthatha Meyers Motors (GM Branch) on the 18/12/2015. I was told that the gearbox was running dry apparently my car had spilt some oil thus the oil was no reaching the gearbox and consequently some parts within the gearbox were damaged. I was therefore told that the gearbox will be sent to the engineers dealing with such issues in East London and I will be without a car for a couple of few weeks.<br> <br> I specified that I will need the car on the 4/01/2016 as I will be going back to work in Pretoria to which I was told that the car should be back already by then. I waited for an update to which I didn't get until I called in myself days before the 4/01/2016. They took my details and promised to call me back something that they never did until I decided to go to their branch in person. I was made to wait for over an hour on the 04/1/2016 just before I was told to go home and they will call me.
