Opel has no replacement parts for new car release

Firstly I'm annoyed in general I had someone crack my rear taillight on my brand new Opel corsa . I contact a couple dealerships here in Durban and I am quoted the ridiculous amount of 1500 rand . 1500 rand for a simple plastic tail light ???? Are you kidding me its border line day light ******* considering other brand vehicles cost round 600 to 800 rand max .Secondly I'm told that Opel does not have stock and that I will have to wait a month and the reason for this as obviously I had to ask why the delay ? IT IS A NEW MODEL AND THEREFORE THERE ARE NO PARTS . What a absolute shocker how can a manufacturer launch a vehicle into the market with no replacement parts especially in South Africa where most of the population have no licenses and drive like idiots hence why dealerships won't let you take delivery of a vehicle unless you have the vehicle insured ?? It's absolute joke Opel what if someone has a severe accident what you are saying is u expect your customers who are tied into a contract paying for your vehicles must have no car for over a month due to you not having replacement parts and your excuse is the car is new No No No then why did you launch is with no parts what a jok
