OPEL ADAM

I had an appointment to test drive an Opel Adam Jam, at Williams Hunt in Visagie Street Pretoria, at 13:00 today. This appointment was confirmed per telephone by the salesperson on Monday.<br> <br> I arrived at 13:00 today and was made to wait 20 minutes. I was offered no refreshments or a place to wait, and had to stand around in the showroom. Then the salesperson did not offer me any substantial information on the vehicle, I was not given a brochure and he showed me the prices on a photocopied sheet.<br> <br> I was then informed that the model I wanted to test drive is not available, only the Adam 1.4. And was subsequently shown a stripped Adam Glam (to be shown a new car that was stripped down like that destroyed all confidence I had in the car). I was then informed that not a single car was available for viewing, or a test drive. A courtesy call by the dealership to cancel my appointment would have been the appropriate manner to deal with this.<br> <br> Thus I could not test drive the car, and is disappointed by the level of service I received. I also assume that this is the standard level offered by GM SA.<br> <br> I will subsequently not consider to purchase any GM brand.
