Not sorting out radio

I bought a brand new chev utility bakkie. Fitted everything according to the salesman to be "GM approved". Payed 3x the price for a radio so that it was fitted by GM so that I don't have warranty issues, GM support, etc. But I waisted my money. Ever since the first service, we complained that the radio is not working. Now, almost 2 years later, the service agents (McCarthy GM Hatfield whom serviced the vehicle since day 1) blame the sales agents (Imperial GM Vereeniging), and nobody takes responsibily of the faulty radio. Making excuses such as it is "out of warranty", an "after market fitment" and just not solving the issue. McCarthy Hatfield, you guys advised me on the first report of the problem nothing is wrong with the radio. You failed to inform me that perhaps it is "an after market fitment". You failed to tell me that maybe I should refer to sales agents for warranty claim. You failed me. We complaint about the radio over and over, and you always had some alternative excuse. You failed me. I will never never never ever again support you in any way. **** you. This was the last time I bought a GM vehicle. If they cannot assist with something so small, how will they solve bigger issues on vehicles?
