No Stock on a Bumper for 2 months

My Panel beater ordered a Front bumper 2 months ago with the eta for bumper at 2de of June ...after following up with the dealer today they now tell me the new eta for the bumper is 2de August ...How is this possible for a big company like this not to have stock on a plain and simple part like a front bumper...My order nr is *** and the part nr. is ***<br> This is ridiculous....
