No Spares

I’ m really getting frustrated about the lack of spares for a 2008 ISUZU KB 360 LX 4X4 D/Cab A/T. Firstly I needed a Radiator and these people did not have a single unit in the entire country, then a Radiator fan and they only had one unit sitting somewhere at their plant in the eastern cape, now I’m looking for a water pump and again they’ve got absolutely nothing within the borders of this country. I mean this model is only turning ten this year but already it feels like something that was built in the 50’s. I really wish someone out there could explain to me how are we supposed to own these cars with no support at all, every time you need something they’ll just give you a huge price but no stock and then refer you to their Barlow World branch which I found equally helpless.
