No customer service and falls Advertising

1. Took my car in for a service and was not happy with the service or explanation of why my fuel consumption is so high not all my issues was attended to.<br> 2. Phoned GM South Africa Customer service line on Thursday to complain they promised me that they will get back to me but no one phoned me back. <br> <br> Did I make a mistake buying an Opel Astra? Not contacting me and resolving my issues that is under warranty just say one thing do not buy an Opel Astra. <br>
