New Car With Damanged Mirror

Hi I bought a brand new car from the Hatfield Dealer and collected the car last week Tuesday.<br> <br> On the same day i noticed that the drivers side mirror is not working properly. I cannot adjust it from the inside nor manually. This is a real inconvenience. i reported the matter to the sales guy and since Wednesday last week he promised to order the new mirror, to date no feedback from the sales person. this is really a bad service and how do they sell a new car with such defects?<br> <br>
