NEVER EVER WILL I REFER ANYONE TO THIS BRANCH

My company bought a vehicle from this dealer on 09/03/2015 with, according to the sales person, a Full Service History. An extended warranty to cover any mechanical problems we might encounter was also bought. I started working for the company 3months later. When we registered a claim on the extended warranty we had to hear that the warranty will only be paying R20k because this vehicle has not had all its services. When we approached Billy at the dealership he STRONGLY denied that they sold us a vehicle under false pretences. When I investigated this matter a little further, I discovered that two days after we took delivery Billy ordered a service be done on this vehicle, which in itself is strange. GM Motors Vereeniging is refusing to pay the balance of the claim. Billy(the second hand car buyer I gather) simply said that the previous owner signed a declaration that the vehicle has had its services therefor GM Motors has NO responsibility. He tried contacting PFC Rigging to obtain proof of services and when they started ignoring his calls he offerd R10k in assistance. I then said that I will need to go to the Ombutsman for the remaining R17k and now he withdrew his offer
