Isuzu (does not) delivers

My 2014 Isuzu KB300LX D/C 4x2 recently went in for service at GM Vereeniging. It was the 75000km service. The lady asked me if there was something that I would like to report and I asked them to look at the clutch as it was hard and that the cab has a knocking sound when traveling at low speeds and you turn the vehicle. During the day they informed me that the vehicle needs a clutch replacement @ R9000.00 which is not covered under warrantee. I only use this vehicle to tow once a month and the I don't tow heavier than 1.9 ton and one of their selling point is a class leading 3.5 ton towing cap vehicle. The slave cylinder on the gearbox bracket broke off and I did not mention this to them. They also did not tell me about it which I believe they were suppose to do as a service is to inform and notify your customer. The knocking sound still in the cab. On Thursday they asked me to bring the vehicle after a useless fight with GM Customer care. They were going to fix the bracket and sort out the knocking sound which they believe was the cab mounting brackets. When I received back my vehicle the knocking sound was still present and the bracket cable tied, ***????. Isuzu can't deliver.
