hole in enjin block

I have driver the 14 petrol utility since January 2015 car had every service on 32000km the engin cut out and had a whole in the block the road side assist cam and tow the car and left me 250km in the road I had to have my wife drive 250km in the dark to come fetch me the offered me a car for 24 hours but could only have it delivered to my house till now i do not have a coutesy car This is really bad service
