<p>Dear Peter</p> <p>In 2013, I bought a car from General Motors (GM Menment). The car was a grey Corsa Essentia. The sales woman sold it to me without a spare key, and it was her demo car. She promised to phone me as soon as she get it, but I long waited for it and then finally confronted the her. She still couldn't help me and I gave up. In November 2014, I traded that car to the same garage for a grey Astra J 2012 Model, and they charged me around R2500 for the spare key since I didn't have it. The guy by the name of Mandela was a sales person. Mandela also sold me a car without spare key, but he promised to give it to me. As the time went on, I went there and ask for my spare, but Mandla was no longer working for them. I spoke to the Sales manager, and he said he will look at my profile and see what happed. There times when I went there they would say he is not in today. One day, I went there again, and still promised me again to look for it. The other day I went there, I had to recite the same story again to him, and then he got bold and told me that there is nothing they can do for me about the spare key for Opel Corsa Essentia for I bought it when the garage was under menment, since by then the GM garage was under NTT. About the spare key he told me to go speak to Mandela about it, and he told me that he is working for Hyundai by that time. But GM NTT was the garage that sold me Opel Astra J while Mandela was working for them. Please help me get my spare key if possible.</p> <p>Email: ***</p>
