I bought a car at GM Worcester. The car was delivered to me without smash and grab. The sale person promised me that the money for the smash and grab will be paid out to me. This is three weeks ago. I communicatet with the sales person, but coming back to me was only promises. I told my insurer that the smash and grab will be installed when the was delivered, so if anything happens now, I will be held responsible. I dont receive any feedback yet. The sales person also asked me to tell the compay that I said I will install the smash and grab myself. This was not the case, I was under the impression that the vehicle would arive with the system already installed.
