Gear knob + service

Firstly... <br> The 4 April 2015 my utility went in for its first service an complained about my gear knob <br> <br> My gear know perished an its under warranty so they said its on back order (I had no problem with that)<br> <br> 2months an 3 calls(me phoning GM) later I PHONED THEM again to ask how far is the gear knob..... By the sound of their respose , it sounded like they have not even ordered it<br> <br> 4 August 2015 was 5 months waiting for my gear knob. I still have not received one call from GM yet to update me about the part.<br> <br> Secondly...<br> After the first service, my car decided to start reving higher than what its ment to. It never did it before the service.<br> <br> Not happy at all with GM Fourways !!
