From pride and joy to headache

I own a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze Hatchback. In November 2015 my car was due and taken in for service at the GM Polokwane service center where it was discovered that my front brake pads needed to be replaced and the brake discs needed to be skimmed. I was duelly notified and a few days after the diagnoses i took the car back to have the parts fitted. After collecting the car from the service center I noticed it made a 'squeeky' sound from the front wheels every time I app**** the brakes, something i thought would go away since the parts where new. Over time the sound got louder and in early January I reported it to the same service center and took the car back. On arrival I was told of how busy they were and that there is nothing they could do, it was just something that would fade over time because the pads are relatively new and needed to be 'broken in' and all I needed to do was to water down the pads in the mornings to remove dust residue to help solve the problem. Its been 3months since then, and beside the original problem, the front brakes now make a violent 'grunting' noise as if the pads are already worn out. The car now feels unsafe and unroad worthy and the only people I should turn to in such and event are the very same people who caused it and turned a blind eye. My car will be due for its 45000km service soon and I have no idea where to take it as I have lost faith in the quality of service given by GM.
