faulty parts

My name is Obakeng Motsosi. I'm driving a chevrolet Cruz 2012 a model and I took it in to Tommy Martins in Roodepoort for replacement of brakes and skimming of discs in November 2015. It was done at around 65000km but when I took it in for a service at 75000km in Westvaal Rustenburg April 2016, it was reported that I needed to replace my brakes urgently. How can brakes be used up at 10000km. I feel that Tommy Martins Roodepoort are a *****. I need to get value for my money as a client or customer at General motors. I demand to be redressed.
