Fault new car

I bought a chevy aveo in May and since its been giving me faults and reported it to the dealership in pretoria for weeks and final when I got my car looked it was found that the coil pack was faulty and replaced it .Two weeks ago I reported another fault that the car wouldn't start immidiately and I had to turn the key twice or more to get it to start and they where unable to find an alternative transport to use when they take my car to be fixed and since I have been waiting for a response. Now today the car just went off in the middle of the road and it happened twice I called the dealership immidiately and was not able to get hold of the manager, sales consultant and the principle dealer, therefore I escallated my problem to GM SA for assitance and I am so disappointed on the service I received from Erica the call cetre lady<br> I told her my issue and that I can't risk driving the car from work which is in sandton to home in pretoria althouggh finally they came and assited after 5 hours of battling. My concern is the car is faulty and I feel it should be replaced and I am told that its not possible because is not a rreoccuring issue. But should I suffer for the factory factocy fault
