Fail to provide supporting document for new engine

Hi<br> <br> We bought a demo 2015 Opel Adam 1.4T with mileage of 9000 km on the 10.07.2015. The vehicle cut out on the 26.09.2015 while driving and we stopped and the vehicle never started again. Breakdown towed my Opel Adam to Hoffmann Holding <br> <br> I have been waiting for my car since the 26.09.2015. <br> The following action were taken to try to fix my car, replacement of new starter 13.10.2015, 18.10.2015 starter relay control circuit was faulty and they order new one. 26.10.2015 they fitted the wiring harness. 27.10.2015 they changed the computer box, again 23.11.2015 I was informed new starter will be ordered and replaced. <br> 08.12.2015 my Opel Adam was repatriated to McCarthy GM Menlyn, according to Phindile the vehicle has no oil pressure and new engine is needed. 4th of January 2016 I received an email from Case Management: Phindile that the engine is expected to arrive today. Indeed we view the engine and I was informed by Jim that the engine is new, I requested supporting document to verify the information on the engine against the invoice.
