Excuses, Excuses

On the 5th of May 2015, I had a problem with my car the engine light was on showing that there seem to be wrong on the engine side. I then took my car to GM Hatfield and asked them to service my car as I wasn't sure it was serviced at GM Jacaranda West Vaal where I bought the car 5 months earlier because there was nothing showing on my service history book. I was told it was serviced and the problem was the injectors and they ordered them on my behalf so my car was going to stay a night, then a night became few days. On the 15th I then asked them to take my car as I didn't have transport to go to work, they told me they booked a courtesy car for me and I should come get it on Monday the 18th . I went there as I was told they have given someone else the courtesy car and I should come back on Tuesday, I called them on Tuesday and they given me another excuse. I'm so sick and tired of GM and their poor service they are giving to their customers, 2 weeks without my car being fixed???? Oh no thanks I'll take my car somewhere else.
