*****ed over..

<p>Going to keep it short and sweet ...I bought a opel corsa 1.6 turbo sport 2009 from your G2 department in November 2016. I was assuerd that this car im buying cannot be matched anywhere else for its price and condition... lol what a joke...anyways I went about buying the car.</p> <p> </p> <p>A month down the line the windscreen just cracked for no reason and the doors were giving issues to close. We carried on with our lives not running back to the dealers for every problem knowing they wouldnt accommodate our issues.</p> <p> </p> <p>About 4 months in now, the car was giving major mechanical issues with the car loosing power and then surging with power, revs staying high when releasing the accelerator, turbo ****ling for no reason, car shaking when started, steering wheel locking and pulling to one side, wheel hubs getting to hot to even stand next too ..... the list carries on but you get the point.. </p> <p> </p> <p>I returned to the dealership to explain my issues. The dealer principal (the biggest ***** you will ever get into a conversation with) luaghed off my problems and told a mechanic to lool over my issues. The mechanic asked me to.bring the car in the first thing the following morning. Which I did.</p> <p> </p> <p>The mechanic handed me a book thicker than a dictionary of faults on the car. His words to me ," this car should have never even passed COR and from what he can see the car looks to have been in a accidnet".. I asked to see the G2 sales manager who assured me the car was in the most prestine condition but alas I had to settle for a meeting the following day. </p> <p> </p> <p>That night I went home to get all the cars books and service manuals ready to take to them. I.flipped through the book to find.that my cars engine had been replaced three months prior to me buying this car ... I was completely unaware of this.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I went to see the sales manager, he straight away tried to pin the blame on me for all the issues wrong with the car. He just gave me a smirk when I told him about the engine being replaced. Needless to say he agreed to pay back my money after I threatened him ill get the lawyer's involved.</p> <p> </p> <p>I lost all my premuims and deposit on this car which is sitting around R25000 .. he payed my loan off and payed part of the deposit back. </p> <p> </p> <p>But the fact still stands that you have completely thrown my trust away for the car brand I loved. Your staff at the Pietermaritzburg branch have to be the most arrogant bunch of idiots who really dont deserve to have jobs if they cant do them. It seems like they run a circus there and I really.dont understand how they have all these best branch awards displayed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I suggest to anyone who.doesn't feel.like being taken for a ride and in return get blamed and threatend that "GM lawyer's will sue you for.all you worth" ... biggest joke. </p>
