Dissappointed & Poor Service

We bought a new vehicle ( Chev Cruze ) & still under warranty. Complained about a problem to sales person & was told to wait for first service as problem didnt happen all the time. Vehicle was taken for service during March 2015 & been back 3 times for same problem. And was also told vehicle a recall. Customer service would say its an open case. Would phone back going to a meeting. I wonder how long it would take for someone higher than a manager from GM to respond to this. Feeling so disappointed.
