Deceiving sales (GM MOTORS PRE OWNED Nelspruit)

I have purchased a vehicle in 2019 January from the pre owned department however the car has been giving me endless problems it is a VW brand and after some inspection it picked up that the vehicle was in an accident hence all the complications and I also have proof the the Dealership took the vehicle for repairs at The U Joint and bought parts at Golfwagen while the vehicle was 12000Km. Now I am frustrated with a vehicle that is gonna be an expense to me for life...please help
