Clutch problems

I wanted to find out. 2014 year during Christmas on our way home the car (Opel Astra) had a problem with a clutch as it burned out and last year 2015 the same thing happened our car, I am starting to think that the Astra model if not all Opel have a clutch fault from the manufactures as even my sister in law had a similar problem on her Astra n fortunately she sold the car, so I wanted to ask what's the warranty on the clutches? And can you please look at clutch problems u have had from your customers and tell me the stats so I can have faith in your brand.
