Chevrolet after service

So chevrolet left our country - NO ONE had the customer service s****s to let me know that ALL the nearest branches to me will be closing down and giving me any other options of where to go!! With my trailblazer still in is service plan and a "oil changing" light going on the whole time - I started my search in many unsuccesfull phone calls until I eventually got hold of GENERAL MOTORS call centre!!! So I was told that I need to make a almost hour drive into Visagie street for a service - I absolutely flipped but was told that my concern is not understood by the arrogant call centre attendent because if I breakdown they will help me !!!!!!! Who drives it's car untill it breaks down!! this is absolutely unexceptable and I am writing to Chevrolet America!!!
