Chev on call useless

Had my car serviced on thursday at peter james motors in springs, on saturday night the engine light comes on, saying engine power may be reduced. Owner manual explains you need to take the car for a service asap!!! Chev on call can only assist on tuesday!!! Im leaving for Plett tomorrow morning! How pathetic!!!!??????
