Car damaged after service

On the 27th March 2015, I took my car in for a service (75 000). I didn't drive the car for another week, then when I started driving the car as I was driving it from it gave me warning sign that the was no oil. I then stop and checked the car only to find that it was coming some smoke. Imperial Germinston told me that there water cap was not fitted properly, and that the is a pipe that is broken.

If a car that just been in a service for less then a few weeks not have no water and have leakages? My car was not leaking and there was not issues with water cap before taking the care in as I have replaced anti-freeze myself.

Now they tell me that they can't even fix my car under warranty. I'm not sure what and how these things works but all I know is that I have received the worst service at the GM. I might just be one guy but I surely did deserve a better service considering that I have adhered to the GM guidelines in servicing the car. The car didn't even give a temperature overheating warning on the dashboard.

The sad part is my colleague warned me about the Bruma bad service and I thought she was exaggerating.

Regards
