broken down new vehicle

My vehicle is 4 months old has 3200 kms on the clock and I am now stuck without a vehicle after purchasing a new vehicle thinking it will be reliable but to be told I must wait 3 days for the car to be with the dealer to be given a courtesy car. The dealer in eldoraigne tells me they think it's the cam belt but they can't be sure as they are short staffed and don't have any technicians who can look at my vehicle at the time so I am stuck not being able to go to work no car just a bad taste for chevrolet and disgust in how a new vehicle can breakdown so easily and for a answer to what's wrong with the vehicle seems dam near impossible as it's my fault that it must be sent to the closest dealer that staff and technicians are on training move my car to where it can be sorted out fast and efficiently I am taking unpaid leave as I have no transport disgusting workmanship
