Bad Service from Isuzu/Renault Bloemfontein

I took my car in for service this morning at GM Bloemfontein (Isuzu/Renault). I told the lady about the sqeeky sound on my brakes and can she please look at it. Guess what, I was told "NO we are very busy and can't help you with that, we do not have time to check such". It was not the first time I received bad service, ever since the garage changed from GM Chevrolet to the current name. Very dissapointed
