Bad Service

My car went in for a service on the 28th of January 2015 up to date I have not received it. They cant assist with a courtesy car they told me they dont have any available. Everyday I call for the car I am told that they are still waiting for a part it will arrive tomorrow. Everyday its tomorrow. Today its the 03rd March they are still promising me my car tomorrow. I have never seen such a pathetic service and I wish I do not have to deal with Tommy Martin or General motors ever again. They treat clients like they are doing them a favour. Much as they manufacture their cars but I dont think they know how to maintain them. So buying their car was the worst mistake of my life.
