BAD SERVICE

My suv was taken to thorp on the 11th September due to gear box problems the vehicle was then transported to the workshop on the 15th September i am still waiting for my car. the story for the delay was they are waiting on a gearbox finally today i receive a telephone call the workshop REX GEARBOX SPECIALISTS are taken the car for a test drive now why must i wait almost month? i am losing business every day due to the incompetency at the workshop that is unacceptable !!<br> the ads from gm motors are deceiving!!<br>
