BAD SERIVICE

Good day, my car was towed today and was taken to GM Motors carletonville. I called them and they told me that they are very busy and will attend my car later on. I asked if they can provide me with the car and they told me stories and say they will get back to me. They never called, i called and told them if they cant provide me with a car they must please send someone to take me home, they said the driver is out and they will see what they can do. I mean is it a big deal to just give me a damn lift since they wont fix my car today. It is like they are doing me a favour. I am tired of GM motors carletonville because this is not the 1st time. I just hope they fix it because sometimes they find it hard to fix or identify the problem.
