Bad Bad Service!

We took the car to Claremont Thorp for its 105 000 km (a little overdue) , when the vehicle was returned to us we noted that the engine light was on. Claremont then for three conservative days kept the car , as they said they would need to clear the error codes. On the third day we collected the car , and when we left the dealership the light was off. After a day, the engine light came back on. About week to two weeks later , we later the vehicle didn't want to start outside my work. We then towed the vehicle to Wetton Thorp , as Claremont was fully booked and Plumstead was doing renovations. The car then remained at Wetton for another week , where they replaced the battery and advised us the ambient sensor was missing, and this was the reason for the engine light being on. They then returned the vehicle to us and advised that they would order the ambient sensor. About a week later the dealership confirmed they received the part , we then booked our car in again. Later the day, the dealership advised that the sensor didn’t fit. And the car was sent back to us. We decided to keep the car until its 120 000 km service, and therefore booked it with cape town where you have now picked up the issues. Below reasons have been found : • Water pump replacement • Boost Pipe replacement Not to mention on Sunday my husband and I were driving on the n1, and the car didn't want to change gears anymore we had to be towed to the cape town branch, this happened just a week from leaving the service centre in cape town!!!!!! Further to this at our previous services when the car was under warranty, I advised the N1 city branch of a humming sound from the bottom on the vehicle , and for every time we accelerated, which sounded like a sucking sound. Nothing was done about this!! And we trusted that there wasn't any further issues.

Seems to me you guys don't now what you doing!!! And now we need to sit with all these cost's in order to fix the car!! I have logged the issue with my legal advisor , and will be logging this with the motor industry ombudsmen with their guidance soon!
