A bad atttitude to my mother from the dealership

My mother took her bakkie for repairs on lights in November 2013, and paid R682. In January 2015, she took it again for the lights to be repaired, and paid R582. In the 3rd week of march the same lights that were repaired in January were fused again, and she told them she was not prepared to pay again for the same problem in a space two months, then Eben Theron, the service manager told her that:
- He is not a charity, he runs a business, and she cant expect him to fix her car for free
- That the car is too old, and he is prepared to refund her money and cut their losses
- That she has unrealistic expectations, and can't expect him to perform miracles on that old car

When I confronted him telephonically about the matter, he told me that he lost it because my mother was irritating him. what I don't understand is how on earth does the service manager of a dealership says that to a customer, a woman who is old enough to be his mother? Where does he expect the car to be taken when it gives for? Why are they there as a dealership, are they not there to resolve whatever challenges and problems there are on customer's vehicles? This is not for the first time that the same happens
