4 Months later and my vehicle is still not startin

My vehicle was almost ****** in January this year, after 4 months of waiting and being pushed back and forth from Panel Beater to the insurance company. My vehicle is still not returned.My vehicle is not starting and the mechanic says that the clutch needs to be replaced.<br> Bottom line, I want my vehicle back in a running condition that we had it in before the theft.We can not tow the vehicle around it is absurd.No feedback from insurance company, nothing from panel beater.... do you guys think I will disappear if you just keep ignoring me. worst customer service ever experienced.<br>
