Very annoyed costumer who wouldn't recommend auto and general to any human in this world

Am still waiting for an apology from auto and general for very poor pathetic service on Friday (22 September 2023) I called in for car towing only to be assisted after long 6hours and it was dark you have risked my life ,you are the worst insurer to date,you careless about your customers which is absurd Show
