VERY BAD SERVICE!!! REAL ********!!!
Do not do buisiness with this people! they are real ********! especially Lydenburg Branch!!! i have been ****med out of R23000! after a whole year and threatening with the police my generator were dumped in my yard! still broken! do not expect any help or assistance from the witbank branch either! this company in whole is full of excuse and bad service!!!!

30 Aug 2019, 16:06Corlette, as you are aware we have spoken to the Lydenburg branch and the quote to repair the unit you found to be too expensive hence they could not proceed with the repair, the unit was returned to your premises under your instruction. The branch will explain in detail the events and their outcome

30 Aug 2019, 16:16- i was given a qoutation to get the generator repaired! We accepted the quote and i paid all deposits! after many queries and hundredsof emails requeating progress i just recieved a response that your suppliers burned out and damaged parts on the generator and to repair i must suddenly pay additional twenty one thousand rand. if not you will not fix it, nor refund the deposit of t w e n t y t h r e e t h o u s a n d that i paid! your reponse was that is not your problem and it is Lydenburgs problem! their reply was, do wat you want.
