Very bad service

Asked for a solar installation quote.Paid more than 80% of the amount quoted as they requested, and then they took 3 weeks to deliver half of the stuff. When asking when they will come for installation, they kept on ignoring me and then the owner is never available. Till now almost 4 weeks later havent heard from the owner.
