Mrs Sekgetho, with all respect, the refund has been done to your account yesterday and this was only done after your funds cleared in our bank account, The initial call out was completed by our technicians and it was noted that the installation had to be redone due to the *********** work done by others, further when the technicians were scheduled to do the work you had already then obtained other service providers to do the work this after the installation was incorrectly done by them, Further the initial request was on 16 March for the initial call out which was completed, thereafter  a quote was submitted to repair the installation and the service was expected immediately after a pop, we do not reschedule our technicians unless an emergency or unless the funds have cleared, this is our policy. In this case your funds only showed in our account on the Tuesday thereafter, The repair work was scheduled in agreement with you for the Tuesday and this you then cancelled on the Tuesday as you got other service providers in the interim, I am sorry about your case however our sales lady has been in constant contact with you, regarding the scheduled work time allocation as well the refund request recently
