Bad experience....would never recommend them at all

They have been hosting our emails for quite some time. We never experienced any issues until the one technician left who always assisted us.

We then started experiencing issues on a monthly basis and the new technician couldn't seem to sort any of the issues.

When we made contact with the director he didn't respond at first and when we followed up he wasn't very helpful. The suggestion he made was that we move over to another company as they cannot fulfill our needs.

The last time I made contact with them for assistance the phone call was dropped and not even a message received to say I'm busy. They didn't even phone back afterwards.

At the end of the day after payment was made the issues couldn't be resolved and we were forced to move over to another company.

Their service delivery are very poor and the staff not very helpful or friendly
