Wouldn't recommend genediagnostic

I booked for a peace of mind package with the company and ended up canceling, on the contract i signed it stated that i would be paying a cancelation of R475. 00 After cancelation took a month to get a response and came back with cancelation fee of 475 plus courier fee of 180 a clinic cancelation of 140, dna kit fee of 305 and i was never given the kit, i have never seen it with my eyes, If you are to use this company just know they have hidden costs that will arise later should they see the need.
