Worst service ever

<p>Gene wholesales and distributors supp**** me with a swimming pool light and when it stopped working 2 weeks later they sent a technician to inspect and he mistakenly assumed my transformer was at fault. I then acquired the services if an independent electrician who established that there was nothing wrong with my old transformer (thats after I bought a new one) and that the light is definitely the problem. When I contacted Gene the owner he assumed no responsibility and told me it must be something I did. Total lack of after sales service. Do not use this company.. trust me!</p>
